In my latest freelance venture, I have adopted the pseudonym of "Parlor Trick." This allows me the flexibility to be as creative as I want without attaching my name to any one specific style, increasing the range of my client base, and giving me the opportunity to explore new and evolving media.

I know it's been awhile, and you've all expected an update. And, I know I'm supposed to be showing a picture of the finished house. One of these days when I get home before dark, I'll have to take care of that.

Welcome Home, Happy!

Well, we've been in the new house for a few weeks now, and everything is starting to settle down. Our biggest news of the new year is the arrival of our new golden retriever, Happy. She's a great big ball of energy, and Ethan has his hands full. So far, we haven't had any issues that aren't normal for a new puppy.

In other news, we've survived a minor plumbing fiasco, and the house is still standing.
